Country Farms and Country Farm Village in Windsor is west of highway 25 and south of 392. Awesome location for quick access to highways and other major roads. Country Farms is located in the Poudre School district, and is zone for Timnath Elementary, Preston Middle, and Fossil Ridge High School.

The single family homes in Country Farms are well established with generously sized lots and established trees. Country Farm has a Homeowner’s Association (HOA).

Country Farm Village is a new section of the community offering ranch style townhomes with basements. I would call this style of home a villa. The ranch townhomes is a new construction project by Landmark Homes. Models are available. The townhomes are located in Metro District were as the established single family homes in the Country Farm neighborhood is not.
