As of June 2024, the median home price in Windsor stands at $550,000. This reflects a 5% increase from the same time last year, indicating steady growth in property values.

New construction is booming here in Windsor. With several new developments popping up, there are plenty of options for buyers looking for modern amenities and custom-built homes. The average price for new construction homes is around $600,000.

Inventory remains relatively tight, with about 180 homes currently on the market. Homes in Windsor are selling quickly, with an average of just 30 days on the market.
